    Position description

    As an Automation Specialist, you will remove repetitive operational work by connecting tools, APIs, schedulers, scrapers, and notification flows. You will build practical systems that are reliable enough for clients to use every day.

    What you will do

    • Design and implement automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, custom scripts, APIs, and scheduled jobs.
    • Connect CRMs, spreadsheets, databases, email tools, scraping pipelines, and internal workflows.
    • Build monitoring, error handling, retries, logs, and documentation so automations are dependable.
    • Work with clients and teammates to map manual workflows and turn them into maintainable systems.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify operations, reduce handoffs, and improve data quality.

    Requirements

    • Hands-on experience building automations with n8n, Zapier, Make, scripts, or API-based workflows.
    • Comfort reading API docs, handling auth, transforming data, and debugging failed runs.
    • Ability to create reliable workflows with retries, alerts, logs, and clear operational ownership.
    • Practical understanding of scraping, schedulers, webhooks, CRMs, spreadsheets, and database-backed workflows.
    • Strong written communication and the ability to document how a workflow behaves.

    Nice to have

    • Experience with Playwright, Puppeteer, Cloud Scheduler, serverless functions, or queue-based systems.
    • Background automating lead generation, reporting, CRM operations, or data enrichment.
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow steps, document parsing, or classification.
